Schenario:
Need to add one more column in item table in Sales order print.
Let the additional column that needs to be added be ‘Location’ and the Salesorder form use the basic pdf option for printing purposes.
Solution:
Initially, need to find out the custom form that the salesorder is using, then need to navigate to that custom form and edit that form to display one more column.
- Navigate to Customizations > Forms > Transaction Forms
- Find the Custom form in the list and click on edit.
- click on the Printing Fields sub tab then take columns sublist and check the checkbox of the desired column.

Here, the column that needs to be added is Location, hence it’s checkbox is checked.

4. Then save the form.
