Proposal For Customer Profile and Management Plan Template Customization in Netsuite

This proposal covers the scope of the Customer profile and management plan template customization of Graph Tech Innovation LTD. This proposal also covers the engagement scope of Jobin and Jismi It Services LLP, as official implementation partner Of Oracle NetSuite.

Requirement

Graph Tech Innovations Ltd would like to load the following template into the Netsuite as a part of the CRM activities.

Our Solution

Graph Tech Customer Profile & Management Plan

We will be implementing a custom record called “Graph Tech Customer Profile & Management Plan”. The user can enter the details in the custom record. The custom record can be navigated from the Home dashboard. 

After the user fills the details in the custom record, a corresponding custom record will be created in the Netsuite and attached to the customer record.

Note:

  • If the value selected in the customer field is prospect, the record will be attached to the prospect record

The fields present in the custom record in the Netsuite has been shown below:

Ideal Customer criteria(Subtab)

Sample:

We will be creating a child record called “Ideal Customer Criteria” to create a mapping between the “customer criteria” entered by the user and the “Match to criteria” values. The child records will be attached to the “customer criteria” subtab of the custom record.

Columns in the custom record will be as shown below:

  • Serial No
  • Ideal Customer criteria
  • Match to criteria(-5 to 5)

Note: Fields will be same but the UI will be different

Buying Influences Subtab

Sample:

We will be creating a child record with the name “Buying Influences record”. The child records will be attached to the “Buying influences” subtab of the custom record.

Columns in the custom record will be as shown below:

  • Buying influences involved(Name, Title, Location)
  • Role
  • Degree of influence
  • Buyer’s mode
  • Buying influence’s key win -results
  • Rating(-5 to 5)
  • Evidence to support your rating

Current position and parts being applied Subtab

 Fields will be  : 

  • Strengths
  • Red Flags
  • Successes Achieved

Field Type: Long text Area field with values can be entered by the user.

Activities and actions subtab

We will be creating a child record with the name “Activities and actions record”. The child records will be attached to the “Activities and action” subtab of the custom record.

Columns in the custom record will be as shown below:

  • What 
  • When
  • Who

PDF customization

We will be customizing the PDF generated from the custom record in a similar PDF format as shown below:

The user will be entering the details in the custom record and the user can take the PDF print from the custom record. 

Generate PDF button in the custom record

A custom button called “Generate PDF button” will be available in the custom record. When the user clicks on the button, a PDF will be generated and attached to the customer record. A script will be applied to attach the PDF generated to the customer record. 

Assumptions

  • Customer/prospect record will be already created in the Netsuite
  • Opportunity record will be created in the Netsuite for selecting the value in the custom record
  • UI can be different from the shared PDF
  • Sales rep will be entering the details in  the custom record in Netsuite
  • The template is for the reference purpose and cannot be used for report purposes.
  • The font and size of the content will be the netsuite standard fonts and sizes
  • We will be attaching the latest PDF to the customer record and will be overwriting the existing attachments
  • Selecting a customer in the custom record is mandatory.
  • There will not be any header and footer available in the PDF and the page continuation will take place without any headers and footers.

Risk

  • Custom records UI will be different from the shared template
  • We will be attaching all new custom records created to the customer record and we will not be updating any existing customers data
  • The child records created standalone will not be considered.
