Reverse button &Rollback button in PFA record in EFT module

Question

We are processing the Payments through EFT payment module.

We have processed a payment and due to some issues with the selected payments, we are trying to reverse the Payments using Reverse Button.

The reverse button is missing on PFA record

We are using the In-Transit Payment feature and its enabled for processed payment. 

Could you please advise the reason behind the missing Reverse Button? Is it due to the In-Transit payment? 

We checked for the Rollback button as well. That is also not available.

Is there any condition for the Rollback button to appear?

 These buttons weren’t available for older versions once the customer was using the In-Transit payment feature. We did have an Enhancement request for this functionality. As per my check I can see that it was already implemented in a new version of a bundle. In consequence of it I would like to check it with you if you are using the newest version of this bundle.

In the meantime can you advise the condition for the Rollback & Reverse button to appear in the PFA record? Does it be available at all times?

. I am going back with my findings regarding the “Rollback” button. Once you update the bundle this functionality should be added to the system automatically. If you were using the In-Transit payments in a past you don’t need to do any additional settings. Once you process the Payment File the Rollback button will appear. It will be available only within the 24 hrs. then it disappear. Hope I answered you on what you needed. Le me know if you have some additional questions.
