Error occurs while refreshing the Netsuite list in Celigo

Issue

There is a common error occurs while we refresh the Netsuite list in Celigo

Solution

This issue is occurs because of the offline connectivity of Netsuite.

So we need to make it as Online to solve this issue.

Steps to solution

  1. Go to Connections and open the Netsuite Connection Flow as shown below.

In most cases, status of the Netsuite Connection will be Offline (NOTE : In some cases, the status will be Online but the error remains same). In both cases, we can follow these steps.

2. When we open it, we can see that the Connection is Offline. So press the Save & Authorize button to authorize the Netsuite Connection.

3. It will open a new window asking about Netsuite Login as follows. You need to login to the corresponding Netsuite account

4. On successful login, it will ask about our permission to access Netsuite Data by other applications. Press Allow button and give permission.

5. Then the connection status will become Online and the issue will be solved.
