To create a private app check whether we have permission to create a private app.
1.From the Shopify Admin, Go to Apps
2. Click Develop apps for your Store
3. Click Create an app
4. Create the Necessary App by giving a name, and then Specify the configurations. We can also give the Webhook Version.
(Note : The configurations include Admin API access scopes and webhook version. The different API access scopes are
write customers, read customers, write draft orders, read draft orders, write fulfillments, read fulfillments, write inventory, read inventory etc. The webhook Version can be given as the latest version.)
