The client wants to add the total quantity of the PO, SO and related records should be shown in the body field of the transaction record
To add the field we have to create a search first. Then add this search with the custom transaction body field. Make this search public.
Add this search to all roles that you want to see the total quantity.
Add internal ID in the available filter and save it.
Create a custom transaction body field in the PO.
Add the saved search with this transaction body field.
