Proposal For Wayfair – Netsuite Integration

Proposal summary 

The proposal covers the scope of Wayfair and NetSuite Integration. 

Requirement  

The requirement is to create two custom flows between Wayfair and NetSuite 

1. Import Dropship orders from Wayfair to NetSuite as Sales Orders 

2. Update Inventory Stock from NetSuite to Wayfair 

Our Solution 

We have gone through the way fair API documentation. We had formulated a sample idea about the functionality of Celigo Custom flow. 

Since there is no direct endpoint API is available for Wayfair in Celigo, we must use the Rest API method to achieve this  

Import Dropship orders from Wayfair to NetSuite as Sales Orders 

For importing orders, we believe that we need to call the “Dropship Order Query” API in Wayfair which will return all the Dropship Orders in Wayfair. 

We will schedule it to work for specific time intervals. 

For all this orders a sales order will be created in NetSuite. 

Assumptions   

• We assume that the customer can be hardcoded. It will be always “Wayfair” 
• The SKU between the Wayfair and NetSuite should match.  
• We assume that Location for the orders would be Simplee Warehouse. Please confirm 
• We assume that there won’t be any issue with the tax amount spilt up  

• We believe that if there is any discount, we can use the “BF-VIP-25” Item and overwrite its rate in order. 
• We will not be considering Castle gate orders for now 

Update Inventory Stock from NetSuite to Wayfair 

We assume that we need to fetch the total available quantity from the Item record and update the Inventory in Wayfair. 

We are planning to use the “Save Inventory Mutation” API for this. 

The following are the details needed:  

• SupplierId 
• supplierPartNumber 
• QuantityOnHand 
• QuantityBackorder 
• QuantityOnOrder 
• ItemNextAvailabilityDate 

Assumptions 

• We assume that the Supplier id and Supplier Part number can be hardcoded. It will be the same for all the items. If not, it should be added to the NetSuite Item records. Please confirm. 
• Quantity on hand will be mapped to Total available quantity field in Item record, NetSuite  
• Please confirm if we need to map the remaining QuantityBackorder and QuantityOnOrder fields and from which location we need to fetch the value. 

• We assume that ItemNextAvailabilityDate will be Wayfair Next Arrival Date in Item record. Please confirm 
• We would be cross checking the item in both using the SKU. So, SKU should match. 

Risks    

• We assume that there won’t be any issue with the tax amount spilt up 

• We believe that if there is any discount, we can use the “BF-VIP-25” Item and overwrite its rate in order. 

Prerequisites   

As you had mentioned in the meeting, to update the Inventory we only need to consider some items in NetSuite. – We can create a custom check box field and through an import we need to flag the items that we needed to be considered in the update.  

If we can’t hardcode supplier id and supplier part number in the flow for all items, then it should be added in NetSuite item record.
