This error occurs due to the customized field. When this error message is showing, NetSuite cannot find the values on the customized field included in the CSV file.
To resolve the error, check the following:
- Go to the list for the type of custom field mentioned in the error message. Go to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > [Field Type].
- Open the CSV file.
- Check the values entered in the CSV file. Make sure the values are consistent with the values in NetSuite;
> Consistency of spaces before and after the values.
> Ensure values are spelled correctly.
> Check the consistency of uppercase and lowercase letters.
> Make sure values exist in NetSuite, and add them to the list if necessary.
> If there are other custom fields on the file, verify the formatting of them.
