To know the whether there is a matrix item in a sales order and get the item’s internal id to create a item search
Give criteria as Transaction : Type : Sales order , Transaction : Internal Id : (internal id of the sales order), MatrixChild : is: “T”.
In the results tab, add internalId. Now we will get the matrix item id if it is present in a specified sales order.
