Usability Testing

The Usability test is all about understanding how humans experience the website. Usability tests are processes that are designed to observe and track the real users while they use a website to measure its usability,  also it helps to evaluate the user-friendliness and weaknesses that are identified for correction. 

1 Check the effectiveness of the website 

  • General appearance 
  • Ease of understanding 
  • User satisfaction 
  • Check the icon, content, color are displayed correctly 
  • Check the images, buttons, boxes are correctly placed 

2 User-friendliness 

  • Accessible to all users 
  • Clear structure and page names 
  • Responsive and mobile compatibility 
  • Easy Recognizable links and well-formatted content  
  • Simple and usable forms 
  • Colour scheme 
  • Accessible and adaptive 
  • Clear calls to action 
  • Browser consistency 
  • Fast load times 

3 Test for Navigation 

Navigation means nothing but how a user navigates through the website. The website navigation can be accomplished by something like a button or link, the text is underlined and text with 3D effects. 

Content Testing 

  • The content part plays an important role in making websites 
  • Must be understood very easily 
  • Should provide appropriate as well as suitable information 
  • Should be readable, understandable and helpful 
  • Accessibility and searchability 
  • Check for spelling errors 
  • Use some standard colours for content building. 
  • Check the writing style and tone 
  • Check content from a user perspective 
  • Check the content part in the early  stage and then iteratively 
  • Check more than one concept for better and accurate feedback  
  • Check the UI Testing team. 

This test will be performed in accordance with the functional scripts (conditions) which are stored on the website.
