Resolve Error: “An unexpected error has occurred.” When Viewing Item List

Scenario
User receives an unexpected error message when they open the Item List via List > Accounting > Items.

Note: The error occurs, when the user customize the view of Item Lists and an incorrect syntax is added on the saved search.

Solution
1. Login to NetSuite Account
2. Paste the link on the browser URL: https://system.netsuite.com/app/common/item/itemlist.nl?searchtype=Item&sortcol=Item_NAME_raw&sortdir=ASC&csv=HTML&OfficeXML=F&pdf=&showall=F
&style=NORMAL&report=&grid=&searchid=-400&quicksort=&dle=T

Note: Above link will reset the Item List view to system default view.
