Working of email preference with customer preference

If want to send email with the template specified in the custom transaction form then go to Home > Set Preferences. And set the TRANSACTION EMAIL ATTACHMENT FORMAT as PDF

This preference may be overwrites by customer email preference. If you select the HTML option as a transaction email attachment format, the system will not use the template set in custom transaction forms. But if customer has a following email preference are not use the template set in the transaction forms

  • Default
  • HTML

In order to use email template that we have given in the custom transaction form, then set preferences as follow

Set Preference : HTML , Customer Email preference :PDF

Set Preference : PDF, Customer Email preference : Default
