To publish the dashboard we must have the Publish Dashboards permission.
Set up> User/ Roles> Manage Roles
Under the permission tab select the setup sub-tab and select the publish dashboards permission and give full permission.
Go to the Netsuite home page, and click the publishing dashboard.
On the publish dashboard page enter the name of the new publish dashboard and add the notes for the same.
Under the apply to roles select which role we need to publish the newly created dashboard and tick the override check box.
