Access to Amazon Seller Central

Description of the task

The requirement can be achieved by configuring the Amazon Seller Central – NetSuite Integration App in integrator.io. The Integration App provides automated data flows. When data in the source system is updated or new data is added, the corresponding records in the target system are also modified or updated. The Amazon Seller Central – NetSuite Integration App is available in 3 editions – Starter, Standard and Premium. The different integrations flows available in these editions are briefed below.

Starter Edition

  1. Import Orders from Amazon to NetSuite (MFN / FBA):  The Orders placed on Amazon.com are imported to NetSuite by the Order flow. The MFN orders can be imported as Sales Orders to NetSuite. Whereas FBA orders can be imported as Sales order/ Invoice/Cash Sale in NetSuite. Separate flows are available in the integration app for MFN and FBA orders.
  1. Import Customers from Amazon to NetSuite: The Customer flow is triggered by the Order flow. When an Amazon Order is fetched by the flow the associated Customer is added or updated to NetSuite by the Customer flow. There are separate customer flows for MFN and FBA orders.
  1. Export Fulfilments from NetSuite to Amazon: Sales orders in NetSuite are checked to see if any items are shipped. If so, the fulfilment flow looks up the items and time fulfilled, the shipping item used, and the tracking number(s) assigned and sends that data to Seller Central.
  1. Export Item Inventory from NetSuite to Amazon: The Inventory flow exports the Item stock in the assigned locations from NetSuite and update it in Amonazon. In order to sync the item stock item SKU has to be matching in Amazon and NetSuite.
  1. Export Item Pricing from NetSuite to Amazon: The Pricing flow export Item price from NetSuite and update it to Amazon products. If your items use NetSuite’s price level feature then you must choose one price level for all, this price will be updated to Amazon.

Standard Edition

This edition supports all the flows mentioned above in Starter edition along with additional flows which are mentioned below.

  1. Export Item Data from NetSuite to Amazon: Inventory items in NetSuite that you designate as Amazon Items are periodically sent to Seller Central in order to keep the catalogue synchronized. Items that have changed or are newly created in NetSuite are either updated or created in Seller Central.

Premium Edition

This edition supports all the flows mentioned above in Starter and Standard edition along with additional flows which are mentioned below.

  1. Import Settlement Reports from Amazon to NetSuite:  This flow imports the Settlement report from Amazon Seller Central to NetSuite. Settlement reports can be pulled automatically from Amazon by the flow or can be uploaded manually. The flow creates a Settlement Summary Report and Settlement Transactions (both as custom records in NetSuite)
  1. Import Payments from Amazon to NetSuite: The payment import flow identifies the sales orders in NetSuite, searches for the invoices, and creates customer payments for amounts that Amazon sends.
  1. Import Refunds from Amazon to NetSuite: This flow creates Credit Memo and customer refunds for the refunds generated in the settlement report.

Add-ons

Following are the additional flows in the integration app that can be purchased.

  1. FBA Inventory Adjustments: The flow allows you to manage, maintain, and track your available inventory levels in NetSuite. It also categorizes sellable vs damaged inventory based on the disposition given by Amazon. The flow automatically syncs Amazon (FBA) adjustment data to NetSuite.
  1. FBA Return Management: The FBA return management add-on helps to track and sync FBA returns for order items that are returned to the Amazon warehouses. This add-on also lets to track the returned “sellable” and the returned “damaged” FBA inventory in NetSuite.
  1. Transfer Order – Inbound Shipments: This add-on helps to manage the Amazon inbound shipments, inbound shipment plans, and item receipts. This add-on sends a shipment of items from NetSuite to the Amazon FBA Warehouse and tracks back the shipment delivery status in NetSuite.

Suggestion: The Amazon – NetSuite integration can be first implemented in NetSuite Sandbox and can be moved to NetSuite Production after testing and verifying in Sandbox.
