- Setup: Nothing is to do
- Access from : Permissions -> Reports -> SuiteAnalytics Workbook
- Must be added to all new Roles
- When enabled you can see an analytics tab
- click and navigate to WorkBook
- Data Access: It is based on your role level permissions and restrictions
- If the role has export list permission (create or higher), we can export the data as a CSV.
- Analytics Administrator :
- Granted to Account administrator by default.
- Can edit/create
- Change ownership
- Can define the audience
- No extra privileges added on data to edit/update
- Data source: Slight change when compared to search. Accounting or Items lines have to be added via joins
- Calculated fields are not there in WorkBook, we have to use the formula for that
- Can sort the list of workbook
- Can delete workbook
- Add description
- share WB another user
