Saved Search to display items and quantities committed to a certain customer.
- Navigate toTransactions > Management > Saved Searches > New.
- Click Item.
- Add Search Title.
- Click Criteria tab > Standard subtab.
- Add the following:
Transaction fields…Type= is Sales Order.
Transaction fields…Quantity Committed= is greater than 0
Transaction fields…Main Line Name= is (set the customer name).
- Click Results tab > Columns sub tab.
- Add the following:
Transaction fields…Document Number > Summary Type=Group
Transaction fields..Main Line Name > Summary Type=Group
Name > Summary Type= Count
Transaction fields…Quantity Committed > Summary Type= Count
8. Click Available Filters tab and add Transaction fields… Main Line, SHOW IN FILTER REGION=T
9. Press Save&Run.
