Delivery Status Failure Error Message from NetSuite

Scenario

When the client receives the mail from NetSuite, he gets delivery status notification as “The following addresses had permanent fatal errors< abc@xyz.com>”.

(Reason: 4.3.2 Persistent Transient Failure: System not accepting network messages)

Solution

The error is occurred because of may be wrong or incorrect email address. When using Mimecast email filter for receiving emails from NetSuite, there may occur a delivery error.

The blocked emails are marked in Undelivered Emails and Sent Email List with reason ‘Persistent Transient Failure: System not accepting network messages’.

Mimecast is used for email security. It is a cloud-based, anti-spam, and archive filtering service for securing email accounts and communications for businesses. The client may use Mimecast for email security.
The user who has Administration Privileges in Mimecast account has to login and configure an Anti-Spoofing SPF Based Bypass policy.
Mainly IT Team know about the Mimecast and to configure Anti-Spoofing SPF Based Bypass policy.

So, we need to configure the Policy with the help of the user who has the administrative role in Mimecast.
