After updating the Advanced Pdf templates, we need to set this in Transaction forms to preview the result in Associated Prints.
If we want the same print as the Email attachment, we usually select the same template in the Email template section.
But, Is the issue solved..? The answer is No! We need to set some fields to receive the emails in pdf format.
Note:
Otherwise, the email will be received in HTML format and the alignment will not be as expected.
The Customer Page preference takes precedence over the Home Page configuration. That is, if the main page is PDF and the customer preference is HTML, the email will be in HTML format.
