Give Email Marketing Campaign Permission to Custom Role

To fix this problem, using an Administrator role:

  1. Navigate to Setup Users/Roles Manage Roles
  2. Custom Role: click Edit
  3. Under Permissions tab, click Lists subtab
  4. Add Permissions:
    • Select Marketing Campaigns
      • Level: Select Create
        Note: Set the Access Level according to your preference
      • Click Add
    • Select Marketing Template
      • Level: Select Create
        Note: Set the Access Level according to your preference
      • Click Add
  5. Under Permissions tab, click Report subtab
    • Select Marketing campaign Reports
    • Level: Select view
    • Click Add
  6. Under Permissions tab, click Set Up subtab
    • Select Campaign Email addresses
    • Note: Set the Access Level according to your preference
  7. Click Save
