To create a site builder website
first we have to navigated to setup > company > billing information
then we get the interface as shown below
if their was a site builder count then, we have to create site builder website
so navigate to commerce>website>website list
Then we have to click on new
As shown in above image in new website under site builder section we have to start setting the site builder website and we have to add the preferences
we have to click on start setup and we have to add all information like display name, internal name and default hosting root and should save it
Then we have to setup a domain and we need to add the SSL certificate to it.
