The reason for the particular error is missing matrix options in the Shopify Account. ie, we have created a matrix item in NetSuite and synced it to Shopify. We can remove the options from Shopify. But we are unable to remove the option values from the parent matrix item from NetSuite.The mismatch between the matrix item options in both Shopify and NetSuite will through errors when we execute the Celigo product flow during the time of updation.
