General Preference
- Navigate to Setup -> Company -> Preferences -> General preferences
- Ensure that the company logo location is set to the folder we are planning to upload the logo to. Generally, this would be the Images folder.

- Click Save.
Upload the Logo image [Logo files must be in GIF or JPG format, and the file size should be less than 10 KB. To print your logo on standard forms, the logo must be no more than 114 pixels wide and 30 pixels high.]
- Navigate to Documents -> Files -> Images -> New

- Click on Add File

- Select the logo file and click Open.
- Click on the image to open it.
- Click on the Edit button.

- Ensure the ‘Available without login’ check box is marked.

- Click Save
Note: We can upload logos on any folder in the File Cabinet except the Attachments Received and Attachments Sent folders.
Setting the company logo
- Navigate to Setup -> Company -> Setup tasks -> Company information
- Select the image to set as the logo in Forms – company logo to show on printed and emailed transaction forms

- Select the image to set as the logo in Pages – the company logo to show on the pages of your Customers, Partners, and Vendor Centers.

- Display Logo Internally – Check this box to show the logo selected in the Company Logo (Pages) field on all pages of your NetSuite account next to the Oracle NetSuite logo.

- Click Save.
Setting company logo for the new subsidiary [If the company has only one subsidiary or a separate logo has not been uploaded, then the logo uploaded in Company information will be applied.]
- Navigate to Setup -> Company -> Classifications -> Subsidiaries -> New
- Select Logo under company logo (forms)
- Select Logo under company logo (pages).
- Click Save
