When We Deploy The Extension and it is not Showing In Extension manager then we can Follow the Steps.
Navigate to Customization > List, Record, Field > Record Type
Search SC ExtMech Extension and click on List from the Right Side of the Row As shown in Below Figure
Edit the Extension Which have the Issue.
Remove the value from Target_Version (make it empty)
Click on Save.
Now the Extension will Display in Extension Manager.
