The Item images in NetSuite are synced to Shopify along with the product details using the NetSuite Item to Shopify Product Add/Update flow. By default, only one image which is selected in the field ITEM IMAGE ({custitem_atlas_item_image}) is only synced to Shopify. If we need to sync images in another field , add the new image fields as formula text in the corresponding item export saved search with label as images. for eg:

If more images are to be included in the sync, the corresponding fields can be added similarly. Make sure that the custom label of all the image fields in the search result is ‘images’. There is no need to make any updates in the Celigo flow.
