ESW : Sales force to NetSuite integration
Error
This error occurs when the user tries to sync/push the opportunity from the sales force to NetSuite. Below is the error we get in sales force
Message: Error upserting Opportunity record in NetSuite: SalesForce Opportunity
Internal ID : Error detail: CUST_LEAD_NOT_GROUP_MEMBR
Error Message: Permission Violation: this customer or lead does not belong to your group.
Root Cause
This error occurs if we have not added the subsidiary that we are trying to push to the role (which is used for Gurus Boomi NS-SF Integration SF-NS integration).
Fix
If the integration role /user have enough permission for the customer and opportunity and still receives this issue the below steps can be followed to solve.
Go to Setup> User/Roles>Manage Roles. Edit the integration role you use for the integration. Here we use Gurus Boomi NS-SF Integration. Select the subsidiary you want from the field Subsidiary, by pressing Ctrl key.

Try to restart the sync of SF- Netsuite, now you should be able to create.sync the opportunities in Netsuite. I would prefer to restart the whole process of the sync because sometimes this role update will not be updated in the SF and throws the same error.
