We can show changes in the memo field for IF records by creating a Saved Search.
- Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
- Click Transaction
- Search Title: Enter Title
- Click Criteria
- Click Standard
- Note: Always click ‘Add’ once Filter is selected and adjusted, as needed.
- Select Type
- any of: Select Item Fulfillment (or any type, depending on your use)
- Click Set
- Select Main Line
- Main Line: Select Yes
- Click Set
- Select System Notes Fields…
- System Notes Filter: Select Field
- Field: Select any of
- any of: Select Memo
- Click Set
- Select Type
- Click Results
- Click Column
- Click Remove All button
- Fields:

- Select System Notes Fields…
- System Notes Field: Select Date
- Select System Notes Fields…
- System Notes Field: Select Old Value
- Select System Notes Fields…
- System Notes Field: Select New Value
