Plan of Action

We will create a subcategory in the Education category for static pages. When you click on the subcategory, it will redirect to the static page we will create using SMT. Using SMT, we can change the content without deploying the code and easily manage the page.

When you click the “contact us” button on the static page, we will direct you to the NetSuite online form. The NetSuite Online form that we need to set up in NetSuite is based on the field you provided.

When you submit the form, we will create a standard Lead record with a custom checkbox field called “contact” for the lead generated by the website contact form. When we check in NetSuite, the customer form is “Madi Lead Form.” So we plan to use these customer forms for lead creation.

We are adding the field list for lead creation. Please let us know if you require any additional fields.

When we use the customer record, it slows down. Standard lead record creation is the best solution.

We will notify you via email once the lead has been created. So, could you please provide the sender’s employer information for email notification? As a result, we must create and design an email template for email notifications.

We will create a saved search to filter the leads generated by the website with the help of an entity field. Also, create a new tab in NetSuite called “Contact Lead” for easy access to the list of leads.

Assumptions

• When recording the lead record creation, we need confirmation: is it a custom record or a standard record?
• Confirm that the fields must display the form as well.
