How to add Memo Field in the Sublist Under Related Records Tab of Sales Order Record

1. Create Saved Search

  1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
  2. Click Transaction
  3. Search Title: Enter Title
  4. Click Criteria
  5. Filter:
    Note: For every required field use the drop-down menu to select it and once adjusted click Add if needed.
    • Select Main Line
      1. Main Line: Select Yes
      2. Click Set
  6. Click Results
  7. Click Columns
  8. Field:
    • Select Memo
  9. Click Available Filters
  10. Filter:
    Note: For every required field use the drop-down menu to select it and once adjusted click Add if needed.
    • Select Created From
  11. Click Add
  12. Click Save
    2.To Set up the search on a Custom Sublist
    1. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Sublists
    2. Click Transactions
    3. Select the search created in Step 1
    4. Label: Enter Title
    5. Tab: Select Related Records
    6. Click Save
