Inventory tracking in bigcommerce will helps to track lowstock items and stock items. If the stock undergoes the limit set up the admin , this will alert a message to the given email that” ‘Product ID & Product name’ is reached lowstock level”. Same for the outof stock items. So, the store owner will always get notifications if is low stock or out of stock.
ENABLE TRACK INVENTORY
Go to Products › View and Edit a product by clicking its name, or Add a new one. On the Add/Edit Product screen, click Inventory in the side navigation.Enable Track inventory. Select On the product level, then fill in stock levels.
LOW STOCK AND STOCK
- Stock — how much you currently have on hand.
- Low Stock — when the stock level reaches this quantity, you will be sent a notification that you are running low.
