When a customer is browsing the website, adding items to the cart, creating a customer account and checking out, there are several areas in their shopping experience where the website might show an error message.
To provide them a custom error message rather than a generic one. Need to change the default, system-generated text anywhere in a SCA website an be done without using an extension. By customizing text on SuiteCommerce it can be done.
Steps to customize:
1.Navigate to Commerce> Content Management> Customize Text.
2.Click ” Customize” for the option to edit.(There might only be one option on this page anyway)
3. Find the default text that matches the currently- displaying message that you would like to change.

4. Edit the text you would to replace it within the corresponding text area field under the “Customization” column.
5. Add a description if needed, especially if custom message contains variables,links,etc.
6. click ‘Save’. and finally perform a cache validation request in Netsuite to update the changes
