Transaction Mass Update: No Search Results Match Your Criteria when using criteria from saved search

Scenario

The user would like to perform a mass update for Sales Transactions and has used a transaction saved search’s criteria to filter the records to be updated. However, when previewing results, no records are found. When running the saved search, there should be a number of records returned

Solution

To check:

To resolve the problem, Main Line must be set to True. Mass Update can only update fields on main line. Thus, it is possible that the results of the saved search returns records based on line item values.
