NetSuite standard method to send an email on the save of SO.

1. Under the ‘Communication’ subtab of the SO, enter the email id of the Warehouse Manager in the ‘To be emailed’ field and check that field as well. On saving choose ‘Save & Email’, then the email with the transaction attachment will be sent to the specified email id.

3. Enable features to sent email:
   Go to Setup > Company > Email preferences
   In the field ‘CC (SEPARATE ADDRESS WITH COMMAS)’ enter the email id of the warehouse manager. But in this case, the email will be sent on the saving of every transaction record.
