This proposal covers the development of enhancement request for Order page, Form Validation, and PDP page of The Artina Group website.

- Display the new “Upload Check Copy” button on the order confirmation screen.
- Can we can change the form validation to highlight the entire field in red instead of just displaying the message below?
- Can we have the image thumbnail on the PDP change colors to match the color selected assuming we provide the necessary image thumbnails?
Our solution
- Display the new “Upload Check Copy” button on the order confirmation screen.
It is possible to add ‘Upload a copy’ button on the order confirmation page. A sample screens shot is added below
We need to update the ‘upload copy ‘Extension to achieve the functionality. We can replicate the functionality found on my account’s “purchase history” page.
- Can we can change the form validation to highlight the entire field in red instead of just displaying the message below?

- Can we have the image thumbnail on the PDP change colors to match the color selected assuming we provide the necessary image thumbnails?
It is possible to add thumbnails. When we upload the images into the file cabinet folders it also mapped to the associated image field of item record. This field will act as a link between NetSuite and website. There is a format for naming the images so it will be display in the website.
For example, if we are giving images to 800L, the format should be as below.
800L_Green-02.png – [ItemName /item number_itemoption-number.extension]
Currently in the website, if we select Personalization and then select the color, the image will change to the corresponding colors
For example, if select green, then the corresponding image will display.
if select Maroon, then the image color will be maroon
Assumptions
- Development will be initially done in the sandbox and then will be pushed to production. Once verified in the sandbox.
- We added a proposal for developing the latest version of the Artina Website.
- We will consider the Sandbox and Production Update.
- We will develop a UI section based on the current theme and any additional changes to the UI of the email, Theme or functionality will be considered extra.
