Netsuite Connector Implementation: Product Sync

Data flow for Product sync from NetSuite to Big commerce

The product/item will sync from NetSuite to Big Commerce using the NetSuite connector.  

Product in Netsuite 

Users can create item records in NetSuite by adding the required fields. 

For the correct posting of products into Big commerce, Users have to enter the details under the Big commerce subtab in the item record. 

  1. Big Commerce Flag 
  1. ADD/Update item -If we are syncing a new item to Big commerce then choose    
                        ADD/Update item for this field. 
  1. Remove Item – If we are deleting an item, choose Remove Item from the list 
  1. Ignore Item- If we don’t want to update or create the item in big commerce then set the field value as Ignore Item. 
  1. Post children as standalone- If we need to create the item as a standalone item then set the field value as Post children as standalone. 
  1. BigCommerce Availability 
  1. Available– The item availability will be updated using this value. 
  1. Disabled – The item will be set as disabled in Big commerce. 
  1. Preorder- Set to Preorder the item in Big Commerce 
  1. Product Visibility: 
    Make the product visible in Big commerce by checking the checkbox. If the products do not need to show on the website uncheck the check box.                    

After creating an item in NetSuite, the items will sync to BigCommerce using the NetSuite connector. 

NetSuite Connector: 

We can sync the item in two different ways. 

 
Post a single Item 

 
User can retrieve the single item created in the NetSuite by clicking the retrieve button.

 
And user can enter the internal id of the item from NetSuite for retrieving the item and post the item to BigCommerce. 

Set the Sync type to Full Product in the Products page

Post item to Big Commerce

Post the whole item from NetSuite to Big commerce 

 
NetSuite connector can sync the whole products created in the NetSuite by turn on Product Sync.
