Proposal for Converting Site builder Site to SuiteCommerce Site.

Website Setup:  

1. Enable Features and Set Preferences: Enable all required features for a Commerce website. 

2. Install Your Commerce Website Applications: All the below bundles will be installed in production by Jobin & Jismi.

3. Suite Commerce Roles and Permissions:  For full access to SCA we need administrator permission in the account and also we need an SC deployer role for the deployment of changes in the account. 

4. Domain and Website setup: Here we will replace the Site Builder “Rent-A-Center” website with the RAC (SCA) website and we’ll connect the domain to this website. 

5. Theme and Extensions: Suite Commerce has some default themes. These are the lists of Commerce themes developed and supported by NetSuite

The following table lists Commerce themes developed and supported by NetSuite, and reference sites showcasing each theme.  

Themes are only available if provisioned, installed, and activated for a selected domain in the NetSuite account.  

In this, we’ve mentioned all the default themes available in SuiteCommerce and also, and we’ve added the link for that theme for more information.

• Home page – In the default theme home page we need certain images, links, and contents. The contents and images for the home page need to be shared by One Source in order to display on the website. We will add those contents to the default layout for the chosen theme. The details which need to be shared by the client about the theme 
• Logo –The image that needs to be displayed on the website needs to be shared, the logo should be less than 60 KB and it should be in PNG or JPG format.  
• Favicon – The favicon icon will be displayed in the tab area when we open the website with the title of the tab. The format for that should be ico. 
• Domain – We will add a custom domain to account for the development purpose. The live domain will be added to the production once the development and verification are completed in the staging site. 
• Secure Domain – We will use the automatic certificate option from NetSuite for the domain to make the website secure. While we’re doing the domain setup there is an option in the domain setup for making the automatic domain certificate. We can choose the single secure domain for the store and check out if there is a remaining secure domain license. If not, the additional license needs to be purchased, or need to use the Manual certificate option. If a manual certificate, the client needs to purchase it from an SSL provider. 
• Items – The existing items in NetSuite will be used on the website if there are items available. The item fields such as Item name/number (SKU), display name, website description, item price, stock, display on the website, price level, etc. required for the website should be filled in order to display those properly on the website. 
• Design – The website will be having the design of the selected theme. The design and contents of the website need to be shared by One Source. The images and content on the home page will be updated by Jobin & Jismi based on the data shared by OneSource. The changes will apply only to the existing sections. No new sections or pages will be added. 
• Customers/Users – In SCA, users can register or log in from the website. Anyone can log in or register from the website. Existing customers can also log in with the same credentials data they’ve in the site builder they can log in to SCA with the same. 
• Payment Method – We can add the Payment method as PayPal. For PayPal as the payment method, we need integration of PayPal into the website and we’ve to configure that and we need customization for this. If there is already a PayPal method available need to create an account in NetSuite for using PayPal as the payment method in SuiteCommerce if no account is available. OneSource needs to add their PayPal account details to NetSuite to use the same in SCA. In order to use a credit card as a payment method, OneSource needs to have a Netsuite payment processing profile installed and configured in their account. 
• Shipping – If there are any existing shipping methods in NetSuite, they can be made available on the website.   
• Categories – We can add the categories and subcategories to NetSuite and show them in the header section under the tab while hovering over it. There are site categories present so we need to add in commerce category that we can use on the SCA website. The existing site categories can’t be reused and we need to create commerce categories for that and then we’ll update the data. Jobin  & Jismi will create the commerce catalog and will create commerce categories from the RAC website same as the existing site category. 
• Email templates and PDFs – Existing emails and PDFs will be reused.
