How fast a 3PL can integrate with NetSuite?
This is a well-executed integration that syncs NetSuite with Ship Bob through Celigo flow. We transfer NetSuite all types of items, Orders, fulfillment, and so on, which are commonly regarded as 3PL necessities.
Road to Celigo
Celigo’s integrator.io iPaaS platform empowers both business and IT users to easily integrate any cloud application. Integrator.io provides business users with a guided user interface as well as templates with pre-packaged flows, allowing them to configure, add customized business logic, and manage integrations without writing a single line of code. The more custom flows we created, the more we deep into the records!
Beyond the Request
Even though the basic requirement is to transfer the products and orders to the ShipBob platform, can we complete the NetSuite flow? Yes, we sync the ShipBob data back into NetSuite and finish every minute flow, whether it’s the fulfillment or item receipt. We customized the related records in NetSuite so that the ShipBob synced records can be found quickly using a saved search.
When Challenges Open New Paths
ShipBob was undergoing a schema migration at the time of syncing, and the unique product Id was not listed anywhere in the ShipBob UI. While creating the order flow, we want this id to process the items. So, what comes next? Again, Celigo introduced the debug logs option, which allows us to see all of the to and fro data during a run. We obtained the fields and their respective values and returned the data via lookup. This result is extended so that all unique values in ship bob in the sales order, purchase order, and returns are synced back to NetSuite custom fields.
Better Sorting of Bugs
Yes, errors are common, but how about recognizing them quickly? While a flow is being completed, Celigo offers a simple way to list the issues. There is a connection in NetSuite across each flow we create to note Celigo what needs to be exported. The records are abbreviated by the saved searches we utilized in accordance with the specifications. To quickly determine which record is responsible for that problem, we can verify the search and list the associated searches. Additionally, Celigo now has auto-fix errors!
