NetSuite Ship Central enables order fulfillment processing in your location using a tablet or kiosk device. It supports multilevel packing that lets you pack items into cartons, then transfer packed cartons onto pallets. After you complete your packing, you can process the packed items for shipping.
What are the capabilities included in NetSuite Ship Central?
NetSuite Ship Central includes all the existing Pack Station functionality plus the new shipping enhancements listed below:
- Identify picked items across multiple orders for a customer and pack them at the same time
- Gain visibility into which items are packed across multiple cartons or pallets and shipped
- Ship through carriers that you integrate from ShipEngine (additional charges may apply).
- Choose from a variety of shipping modes offered by a carrier: single or multi-package and domestic shipping. International shipping and LTL are currently not supported.
- Access real-time rates and rerate a shipment. Rate shopping option that lets you choose another shipping rate.
- Print or reprint labels, packing lists, and shipping documents through your kiosk You can use printers that you set up in PrintNode, a third-party provider of hosted printing services.
