The NetSuite Analytics Warehouse now contains additional verticalized content for Software companies. Built using the SuiteSuccess design and build process, this content is made available through the SuiteApp Marketplace as a downloadable .dva file for current NSAW subscribers. The content includes 3 projects and 33 visualizations that helps Software customers analyze Software Sales, Recurring Revenue, as well as Billing and Revenue trends. Sales metrics are provided to present trends in historic sales order values, discounts, average selling price and opportunity wins and losses. Recurring Revenue or MRR is analyzed through the lens of customer status and sales order line level detail.
New and existing customer MRR detail is provided along with Churn MRR. Product cancellation detail is displayed in multiple graphics highlighting the impact to MRR. Detailed visualizations have been built to highlight the changes in renewal MRR including pricing and quantity changes. An MRR Rollforward is displayed to view historic MRR balances. The Billing and Revenue visualizations highlight historic trends in terms of revenue recognition and billing over time. Several datasets in the Billing and Revenue Canvas are combined to summarize customer sales and discounts and the associated invoicing and revenue for items sold.
