A communication mechanism called the NetSuite Service Status Page is used to let you know when there are service outages, performance degradations, or both.
We can check the service status at https://status.netsuite.com if you are unable to access the NetSuite user interface at https://system.netsuite.com.
The status page includes the following sections:
-Current status : View the current status of NetSuite services across the different data center regions.
-Incident reports : See reports that detail service notifications or outage situations. Service interruptions or, in some situations, application flaws serious enough to result in decreased performance or outages that reduce the availability of NetSuite services are referred to as downtime occurrences.
-Incident History : View a history of incident reports published to the status page in the past 30 days.
Status Icons
NetSuite services fall into one of four statuses : Normal Performance, Degraded Performance, Partial Outage, and Outage.
