Description:
The search result should fetch SOs such that any items that are not available now but those items are to be shipped within the next 7 days.
Created a saved search with the following criteria:
- Type: is Sales Order
- Main Line: is false
- Tax Line: is false
- Shipping Line: is false
- Formula (Numeric): {quantity}-{quantitypicked},is greater than 0
- Item: Back Ordered, is greater than 0
- item type: any of inventory, assembly item
- Status is any of
- Sales Order: Partially Fulfilled
- Sales Order: Billed
- Sales Order: Pending Approval
- Sales Order: Pending Billing
- Sales Order: Pending Billing/Partially Fulfilled
- Sales Order: Pending Fulfillment
- Ship Date: is within next one week (7 rolling days)
The result shows the following fields:
- Document no
- Date
- Item
- Ship date
