This means that there are restrictions set in the Script: customdeploy_vat_ui.
1. Navigate to Customization > Scripting > Script Deployments
2. In the FILTERS section set Type = Suitelet
3. Locate – customdeploy_vat_ui
4. Edit > Go to Audience tab > Remove restrictions e.g. Department. It is possible that the Department selected in this script, is not the Department set in the Employee Record of the Administrator
5. Save
6. Log out and log back in.
7. Navigate to Reports > VAT/GST > Tax Report (International) to verify the issue has been resolved.
