Here are some general troubleshooting steps that you can follow:
- Check your internet connection: Microsoft Teams requires a stable and reliable internet connection. Make sure you are connected to the internet and that the connection is strong enough to support video and audio calls.
- Restart the app: Close the Microsoft Teams app and restart it. This can often solve minor issues.
- Clear the cache: Clearing the cache can help solve issues related to login, loading, and other performance-related issues. To clear the cache, open the app and click on your profile picture > Settings > Privacy > Clear Cache.
- Update the app: Make sure you have the latest version of Microsoft Teams installed. To check for updates, click on your profile picture > Settings > About > Check for updates.
- Check for conflicting apps: Other apps running on your device may conflict with Microsoft Teams. Try closing any other apps that you are not using.
- Reinstall the app: If none of the above step’s work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
