Saved Search Not visible to Non-Admin Roles Even if it is Public

Scenario
User reports that they cannot see the results of the Saved Search that is set to Public

Solution
For users with non-admin role to view the results of a saved search, an Administrator should mark the box called “Run Unrestricted” found in the Results tab of the search.
For Transaction Saved Search:

  1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
  2. Click Transaction
  3. Mark the Public checkbox
  4. Set other criteria as needed
  5. Click Results tab, set Run Unrestricted=T
  6. Click Save

However, kindly note that when Run Unrestricted = T, none of the Users except the Administrator will be able to edit the said search.
