Scenario
User reports that they cannot see the results of the Saved Search that is set to Public
Solution
For users with non-admin role to view the results of a saved search, an Administrator should mark the box called “Run Unrestricted” found in the Results tab of the search.
For Transaction Saved Search:
- Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
- Click Transaction
- Mark the Public checkbox
- Set other criteria as needed
- Click Results tab, set Run Unrestricted=T
- Click Save
However, kindly note that when Run Unrestricted = T, none of the Users except the Administrator will be able to edit the said search.
