Saved search to extract the list of modifications made in the account of users in an accounting period
The navigation to create a saved search is list>search>saved searches>new.
The criteria to be added –
- Login access – True
- Type – System notes: change
- Date – System notes: within – ‘the accounting period’ say for example within 1/4/2022 – 31/3/2023
Under the result subtab – the fields to be added
- System notes: field – name it as – Field changed
- System notes: record – name it as – User
- System notes: type – name it as – Type
- System notes: new value – name it as – Modified to
