To set the preference to receive an expiration warning,
Go to Setup > Accounting > Preferences > Accounting Preferences (Administrator).
Click the Items/Transactions subtab.
In the Days Before Lot Expiration Warning field, enter the number of days in advance of a lot item’s expiration to receive a warning.
