The client would like to satisfy the below requirement
- Search or Report for All Searches and Reports Run by Employee Cody:
- The search or report will include the names of all searches and reports run by Employee Cody
- It will also provide information such as the date and time of the last run for each search or report.
We have checked the requirements and found that NetSuite doesn’t provide a native audit trail or log that captures the history of all searches and reports run by individual users. The system primarily focuses on tracking changes made to reports and saved searches like edit, create and delete. Currently, the requirement to show all the searches and reports run by a user is under the enhancement of NetSuite

Enhancement number: 87822: The ability to audit exported data: which lists, reports, searches, etc., and by whom.
Enhancement number : 291089: Ability to view the activity of which employee ran the Report.
