We can file NetSuite Support Case through Suite Answer for that go to Suite Answer

On the Suite Answer page click on the button Contact Support

Once we click on the Contact Support button we are directed to Create a Support Case Page
In the Create Support Case page, we can see different Steps
Step1: NetSuite Support case through suite answer (Don’t make any changes)
Step2: Report A problem (Don’t make any changes)
Step3: C2-Urgent
Step 4: Search Feature ( Which Feature does it relate to?)
Once we click on this field it shows a list of features so we can select the feature based on our issue
Step 5: Case Summary ( Provide a short summary of your problem/question)
After that, we can see different questions from NetSuite based on the feature we selected in Step 4
For Example: Have there been any changes to your account recently?
Have you used this feature without a problem before?
We can skip the questions or we can answer them. Based on this the Case quality is shown some status like Good, Below average, etc
In the Attach File field, we can Add any document (Select file(s) or drag them here (max. 10MB per file))
Enter Contact Number (inc. country code)
Enter the Time zone (Which Time Zone are you in?)
Check on the box Allow a NetSuite Representative to log into a replica of your account for this case.
Then Click on the Button Submit Case.
We can see the status of the case in the case list for that
Navigate to Home >Support> Support Overview
Then click on the portlet NetSuite Account Center then on the opened page select See Support Case
In the list of Cases, we can see the case that we submitted through Suite Answer.
