The user creates a Transaction Saved Search to send an email alert that is triggered whenever there is a change in the sales order status. However, the user has customized its order Status names and the email alert needs to send.
The system still respects the standard name of the status of the Order (Pending Fulfillment/Pending Approval/Pending Billing), regardless of the name update on the Accounting Preference page. Hence, the user should set the under the Email tab > Updated Fields subtab, the following:
- Fields: Document Status
- When Old Value is...: blank
- When New Value is...: Pending Fulfillment/Pending Approval/Pending Billing (whichever the user prefers)
