In many implementations, customers are asking for importing the item images into Netsuite. But the customer will be sharing the image file. This is will in any format like .jpg, .jepg, etc. And the file name may be the item name. We have to extract the item name from the file name to identify the images for items in Netsuite.
In excel we have an option to extract these names. So after extracting the names we can split the file name and identify the image name in Netsuite.
To extract the file name.
- Go to Data
- Select Get Data>From file>From Folder
- Select the folder with the images saved
4. A pop up will open and Click on load to import the data to excel.
