The search needs to fetch the contacts who have completed 90 days after receiving a mail based on the field value of the Last Survey Send date.
We can simply get this by adding the criteria of the last survey send date as is within 90 days ago.
But this includes the exact date of 90 days back. If you want to consider 2 extra days along with this include the Formula( Date ) in the search criteria
